When attempting to connect to the Aldridge Pite network from a Windows 11 computer, you may see the message “Loading the virtual machine” but it never fully connects to the point where you can start working. The steps to resolve this are to make a small configuration change to your computer:

1. Download the file Win11RDPFix.reg file from our website. To download, right click on the Win11RDPfix reg file link below and select the “Save link as…” option and save to your desktop.

2. Double click the Win11RDPFix.reg file after you have downloaded it. Answer “Yes” when asked if you want to add the information to the registry.
3. Reboot your computer after completing the installation.
